The original founder of Rossi’s, Nicola Bibbo came to England in 1966 and by 1970 he already had a Van and a loyal customer base in Basingstoke and the neighbouring areas. Now in 2026 the passion for the business is still alive through the third generation, being run by his Grandson, with a modern fleet of Epowered ice cream vans.
